sword & cancelled marks
i am not sure what the cancelled marks mean, is it a bad thing? i have two leaf shaped dishes, they have one ivy branch handle, raised flowers. one has a painting of two small brownish, onions, the other has a pair in the middle. the back has the swords, trying to track down the time period of the stamp is ridiculous. there are two etched marks, like a minus sign going through the middle of the swords, however when i touch the swords i can feel them. any help, please?
