tea cups and figures

Hello, I have inherited a collection of tea cups from my grandmother. I would like to know what you can tell me about them. In total are 11 cups and one vase, and also two figures. Do you know anything abot the man with the mask?

I would like to sell all of them but I need advise about how can I do it or if you know somebody who could be interested in buy them.
