Dear all

My name is hayley knott and im currently at the University of Lincoln doing Conservation and Restoration. i have an object im working on which belonged to my grandmother i think its meissen porcelain. its a small plaque with a hand painted copy of rapheals seated madonna (without the cheurb) it doesnt have any standard meissen marks on it but a pencil roman number 1 on the back and a stamped 327. my gut feelin is that it was a cast off and was painted by a hausmaler. i seem to trailing through endless books and was wondering if anyone could help me with information or point me in the right direction. any information would be wonderful
